    Course Info
     

    Short course

    • 3km (mainly flat)

    • Do as many laps you can in 40 minutes
       

    Medium course

    • 7km (some climbing)

    • One lap only


    Long course

    • 11km (lots of climbing)

    • One or two laps

     

    Other Info

     

    • Helmets and shoes compulsory

    • Bike checks compulsory for 16 yrs and under

    • Under 5's to be accompanied by riding / walking adult

    • Gold Coin donation appreciated and new members welcome!
