General
All merchandise sales help support Te Miro MTB Club, including trail maintenance, events, and community projects. As a volunteer-run club, we appreciate your support and understanding.

Orders & Payment
• All prices are listed in NZD.
• Payment is required at the time of ordering.
• Orders will be processed once payment is received.

Pickup & Delivery
• Pickup is available from Te Miro MTB Park on club racing nights, or from Grasslands Drive, Cambridge (by arrangement).
• Postage is available at the buyer's cost.
• Once an order has been collected or posted, responsibility transfers to the purchaser.

Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the nature of club fundraising merchandise, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.

Stock Availability
• Merchandise is produced in limited quantities.
• If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

Use of Products
• Club caps and merchandise are designed for off-bike wear only.
• Helmets must be worn when riding at all times.

Privacy
• Any personal information provided is used solely for processing orders and club communication.
• We do not share personal details with third parties.
