Five stages. Endless climbs. One epic spring of racing.
Chase the jersey, earn the glory. Whether you race one round or all five, the choice is yours.
After a cracking debut season, the Spring Cup is back for 2026 — bigger, better, and now with five stages as Tokoroa MTB Club joins the fun.

Round 2 | 8 Nov 2026 | Hamilton |
Round 3 | 15 Nov 2026 | Te Miro |
Round 4 | 22 Nov 2026 | Taupo |
Round 5 | 6 Dec 2026 | Pirongia |
Race times — may vary slightly from venue to venue.

Race 2 | 10 am | U15 / U19 / Masters Women / E-Bike |
How the series works
Complete 4 of the 5 stages to qualify for overall points.
One round will be a Queen Stage with bonus points on offer. You'll find out which at registration on the day — but it'll be worth riding the extra kilometres.
Leader jerseys are up for grabs in every grade. KOM jerseys go to the Open and general classification.
Every stage has a timed section within the race, either an uphill or a downhill depending on the venue.
Riders can choose to race up a category — a U15 can race U19 if they want the challenge.
Entry Fees
Category | Series | Single race |
U10 / U13 | $60 | $20 |
U15 / U19 | $100 | $30 |
All others | $125 | $40 |
